Pierre Marmignon - CTO

Pierre is known as one of the very top European expert for Application and Desktop delivery, a field he has been working on since 2003. He has been successfully creating then running the Citrix departments for two Citrix platinum partners, creating then managing the teams that have delivered the Citrix environments now in use across a number of French Fortune 100 companies.

He is a well-respected Desktop Virtualization expert, and a leading technical community voice in Europe and the United States.

Pierre’s reputation has been based on these successes as well as his creation of automation scripts and tools that industrialize Citrix integration and management.

These tools are in production today within thousands of organizations. He also run the popular community website CitrixTools.net (now part of www.Norskale.com) and is a regular contributor to Brian Madden and other cutting edge technical websites.

Olivier Marschalik – CEO

Olivier has started, ran and sold multiple successful new ventures in several countries, selling software and technologies in Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific geographies. He has also worked for blue chip companies: as Head of software Strategy and Alliances for the largest IT reseller in Europe and on setting up the Asia-Pacific strategic channels for a global technology company, based in China.

At heart, Olivier is about growing new technology companies and teams from the ground up, as well as opening new markets. His latest experience was with AppDNA as VP Continental Europe after having been first commercial hire in the company. After 4 years of activity, AppDNA had reached close to 100 people and $20M in revenue across 3 continents and multiple countries before being acquired by Citrix, one of the three leading firm in the infrastructure arena. AppDNA is a software vendor acting in the same space as Norskale (same projects, clients’ teams, SI, vendors, etc…) and Olivier is clearly recycling this knowledge and network to grow Norskale as fast as possible.

Olivier brings a wealth of experience in software strategy, management and sales right within Norskale space. He graduated an MBA from INSEAD in December 2004.
